Dilip is your average Software engineer who cribs about all the taxes he has to pay and all the bad roads he needs to drive to work everyday. Apart from doing this as his full time job he also manages to put in some productive hours at work only amidst his spree of checking the RSS reader, responding to tweets and commenting on flickr and of course, update his blog stats, do some gmail chat and facebook for a few minutes which makes his schedule very a busy one everyday.
Jokes apart, dilip believes in calling things by their name. Dilip is an outspoken atheist, rationalist and liberal person with strong views on the daily things that happen around him. Chatterbox, sarcastic humour, over enthsiasm are all well known trademarks that dilip is famous for.
If you guess to know more, i think you simply have to run the risk of getting to know him personally. Either that or read the blog and comment on it, however you do run the risk of a long comment war if you say something that he does not agree with or gets offended with, sigh!
